Evening ladies

As i tweeted earlier this week i am on a weight loss and fitness mission – so far i have been losing weight quite easily with just dieting but now i have decided it’s time to up the anti a little bit and get my butt into gear.

I have been doing a bit of research on which exercise regime to do and came across the Chalean Extreme circuit training DVD set – (bought from Amazon £29.99) You receive 6 DVDs’s a muscle burns fat guide book and a recipe guide book.

I will be doing these dvd’s daily and recording my results weekly, To finalise i will put my start weight, measurements etc and my end weight and measurements just to show you how Chalean Extreme can help.
